Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Twinreel platform at INSERT URL (the "Service"), operated by Club Room Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong with registration number 70760066 ("Twinreel", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Twinreel Is

Twinreel is a two-sided marketplace for short-form video content. Creators build AI video templates. Buyers upload a photo, pay a one-time fee, and receive a generated video they can post to TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or other platforms.

2. Accounts

You create an account using Google or Apple OAuth
You are responsible for all activity under your account
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3. Buyers

Purchasing

Each video generation is a one-time purchase
The price is set by the creator and displayed before payment
Club Room Limited is the merchant of record for all transactions
Payments are processed by Stripe

Ownership

You fully own every video you generate on Twinreel
You may use generated videos for any purpose, including posting to social media and blogs

Refunds

All sales are final
No refunds are provided
No free retries are provided

4. Creators

Publishing

Anyone can sign up as a creator and publish templates
No application or approval process is required
Creators choose which AI video model to use for their template
Creators set their own price

Revenue

Creators receive a share of revenue from each generation of their template
Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect

5. User Content

Uploaded content

Photos you upload for generation are stored on our servers indefinitely
You can delete your account and data at any time

Publicly shared content

You may post or share content publicly on the platform
You are solely responsible for content you share publicly
By posting content publicly, you grant Twinreel a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content on the platform
You retain ownership of content you post

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Upload content you do not have the right to use
Impersonate another person
Attempt to circumvent payment
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service

7. Content Safety & Moderation

Video generation is performed by third-party AI model providers (Seedance, Kling, Hailuo, Veo, Runway, PixVerse)
Twinreel passes the creator's prompt and the buyer's photo to the selected provider and returns the result
Each AI provider enforces its own content safety policies
Twinreel does not operate a separate content moderation layer
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion

8. Payments & Billing

Club Room Limited is the merchant of record
All payments are collected by Twinreel via Stripe
Creator payouts are distributed via Stripe Connect
All prices are displayed before purchase
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service

9. Intellectual Property

Twinreel's name, logo, and platform design are owned by Club Room Limited
Buyers own the videos they generate
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service itself

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that generated videos will meet your expectations
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
We are not responsible for the output of third-party AI model providers

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Club Room Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:

Your use of or inability to use the Service
The quality or content of generated videos
Any actions of third-party AI model providers
Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Twinreel in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Club Room Limited, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
