Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your credit card number, bank account details, or other financial information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy

Automatically collected information

We do not use cookies
We may collect basic server logs (IP address, browser type, access times) as part of standard web hosting

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Service
To process video generations from your uploaded photos
To process payments via Stripe
To pay creators their revenue share via Stripe Connect
To communicate with you about your account or transactions
To enforce our Terms of Service

3. Data Retention

Photos and videos you upload are stored on our servers indefinitely
Account information is retained for as long as your account exists
You can delete your account and associated data at any time through your account settings

4. Data Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

Stripe — payment and payout processing
AI video model providers (Seedance, Kling, Hailuo, Veo, Runway, PixVerse) — your uploaded photo and the creator's prompt are sent to the selected provider to generate your video
Law enforcement — if required by law or valid legal process

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Third-Party AI Providers

When you purchase a video generation, your uploaded photo is sent to a third-party AI video model provider selected by the template creator. Each provider has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. Twinreel does not control how these providers process your data beyond the generation request.

6. Publicly Shared Content

If you post or share content publicly on Twinreel, that content is visible to other users of the platform. You are responsible for the content you choose to share publicly.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Object to or restrict processing of your data
Data portability

EU/UK users (GDPR): Our legal basis for processing your personal data is (a) performance of a contract when providing the Service, and (b) legitimate interest for security and service improvement.

California users (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

8. Children's Privacy

Twinreel does not have a minimum age restriction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at developer@twinreel.ai and we will delete it.

9. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including countries where our servers, Stripe, and AI model providers are located. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
